Ali Doyle is the Creative Producer and Chief Executive Officer of Mental Pictures. She is mental about horror, a horror hound through and through.

Ali began her career working across Irish productions and producing independent short films before moving to Los Angeles in 2014, where she joined international sales and production company Voltage Pictures as their Sales Coordinator and Development Executive.

In 2017 Ali returned to Ireland to join Wild Atlantic Pictures as their Development and Production Executive, where she later became Head of Development in 2021, leading the creative development of the company’s feature film and television slate. During her time there she also worked as Development Producer on Rich Peppiatt’s KNEECAP, winner of the Audience Award at Sundance 2024, and Aislinn Clarke’s Irish language folk horror FRÉWAKA.

Ali was selected as Screen Ireland’s Puttnam Scholar in 2021 and was one of two Irish producers selected for the EAVE Producers Workshop in 2023. In 2024 she was selected as Ireland’s producer participant for Inside Pictures.

In 2024 Ali was headhunted by Newgrange Pictures, a Yellow Film & TV company, to lead the company’s Dublin-based development slate and team as Head of Development and Development Producer.

Ali has produced short films which have screened at Oscar-qualifying festivals including Galway Film Fleadh and Dublin International Film Festival.

Passionate about nurturing emerging talent, she is dedicated to developing bold stories that captivate, provoke and entertain audiences worldwide.

Eoghan McEntee is the Chief Financial and Operating Officer working part time at Mental Pictures.

Eoghan is an Irish-Canadian creative professional currently based in Belfast, with over a decade of experience spanning feature film development, digital video production, and international marketing. This cross-continental perspective informs his work at Mental Pictures, where he combines sharp commercial instincts with a passion for bold, disruptive storytelling. Eoghan’s career has seen him move between major industry hubs, from the fast-paced production environments of Los Angeles and Toronto to the heart of the Irish film industry in Dublin and Belfast.

Beyond the cinema screen, Eoghan brings a formidable background in multimedia and digital content strategy. During his time in Canada, he led creative initiatives for Scotiabank and MD Financial Management, where he produced high-performing digital campaigns, launched top-tier podcasts, and managed complex UI/UX refreshes. Currently he also manages internal comms digital content for Macmillan Cancer Support in Belfast, further showcasing his ability to translate complex emotional narratives into engaging visual media. Eoghan is dedicated to bridging the gap between technical expertise and provocative, audience-driven art.
